People who are unable to access public transport in their area can use our Community Transport Program.

Gaia Care Disability Support provides door-to-door transportation options that are convenient and affordable for those with disabilities or who have limited access.

All those in need of transport assistance can use our transport services.

We provide door-to-door transportation to and from the following locations:

  • Medical appointments, social events, visit with friends, birthdays and weddings, and many more
  • Everyday tasks like shopping, banking, and more
  • Other appointments and visits, such as hairdressing or swimming, are also possible
