What's the fastest way to start supports?
Call 0458 701 668. We'll have a quick chat, match you with a suitable support worker and align supports with your NDIS plan — most participants are receiving support within a week.
What information should I have ready?
Your NDIS plan details, plan management type (self / plan-managed / NDIA-managed), the supports you need, your preferred days/times and your suburb. If you don't have all of this yet, just call — we'll talk you through it.
Do you offer after-hours support?
Yes. Many of our supports run early mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends and public holidays. Let us know what hours suit and we'll roster accordingly.
